Busa^®SPEED

The high velocity oxygen fuel spraying technology called Busa^®SPEED is used to melt a material in powder form by continuous burning, accelerate it to supersonic speed, and to propel it towards the part surface to be coated. The gas speed exceeds 2000 m/s, whereby the powder particles reach a speed of more than 600 m/s. The high impact speed on the part enables well-adherent, extremely dense, hard, and wear-resistant coatings having only slight surface roughness.
