In the course of Busatis apprenticeship training, skilled workers are trained in the field of tool making, electrical engineering, materials testing, and in the production to maintain and further develop the high technical standard of the cutting components. Ongoing further education according to defined training programs is offered in all fields of apprenticeship training. During a special program staff members are trained as future supervisors, like master craftsmen, department heads, and automation engineering technicians. Busatis apprentices were repeatedly able to win awards at national and international competitions.
